Lenovo K10 with 5-inch display, 4G LTE, Android Marshmallow announced


Lenovo has introduced a new budget smartphone in China dubbed K10. The phone sports plastic polycarbonate body that measures 7.9mm thick and weighs 165g. It runs Android Marshmallow and supports 4G LTE.

The Lenovo K10 has 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.1 quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor.  It comes in two RAM/ROM variants: 1GB RAM w/ 8GB of internal storage and 2GB RAM w/ 32GB internal storage. There's microSD card slot for storage expansion.

For photography, it rocks 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camera accompanied by LED flash and 5-megapixel front facing camera. Apart from 4G LTE, the phone supports dual-SIM, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity and draws juice from 2300mAh battery.

The Lenovo K10 is headed to China Telecom and is priced at CNY 599 ($90 | Rs.6,000) for the 1GB RAM/8GB storage variant and CNY 799 ($120 | Rs. 8,000 ) for the 2GB RAM/16GB storage variant.
