Sony Xperia XA Ultra with 6-inch display, 16MP selfie camera launched in India for Rs. 29,990


Sony has launched the selfie-centric Xperia XA Ultra smartphone in India for Rs. 29,990. The phone comes in White, Graphite Black, Lime Gold colors and will be available through all Sony Center and major electronic stores across India.

The main highlight of the Xperia XA Ultra is its 16-megapixel selfie camera which features optical image stabilisation (OIS) for shake free images, and an LED flash for capturing better selfies in low-light conditions. The rear facing camera is a 21.5-megapixel unit complemented by Exmore RS sensor, hybrid autofocus, HDR photo mode, auto-scene recognition, and LED flash. It also has a dedicated camera button. 

As for the other specs, the Xperia XA Ultra features 6-inch Full HD display with Sony BRAVIA engine, MediaTek's Helio P10 SoC, 3GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. There's microSD card slot for storage expansion. It supports 4G LTE, NFC, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, Miracast, Google Cast and GPS for connectivity. It runs Android Marshmallow and is fueled by 2700mAh battery.

Sony is also offering goodies with the Xperia XA Ultra worth Rs. 2,000 including 3-month subscription to Sony LIV worth Rs 299, a 3-month subscription to Hungama Play worth Rs 750, and free e-books on Kindle worth Rs 1,000.
