Lenovo Vibe K5 Note with 5.5-inch display, 4GB RAM launched in India


As expected Lenovo has launched the successor of the popular K4 Note dubbed Vibe K5 Note in India. Lenovo will offer the K5 Note in two RAM variants – 3GB RAM and 4GB RAM. The 3GB Vibe K5 Note is priced at Rs. 11,999, while the 4GB RAM model is priced Rs. 13,499. The Vibe K5 Note will go on sale exlcusively on Flipkart starting at 11:59pm on August 3 via open sales.

The Lenovo VIbe K5 Note runs Android Marshmallow and comes with 5-inch 1080p display, MediaTek Helio P10 processor, 32GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 13MP rear camera w/ dual-tone LED flash, PDAF and 8MP front camera.

It supports dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, USB OTG, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS for connectiivty and is fueled by 3500mAh battery. Other features include metal body, fingerprint scanner, 1.5W speaker w. Dolby Atmos surround sound and TheatreMax technology for experiencing VR via ANT VR headset. It also comes with a feature called Secure Zone that allows you to secure all your information and install 2 instances of apps like Whatsapp in one device

Lenovo will also sell ANTVR headset and TheaterMax controller for the Vibe K5 Note priced at Rs. 1,299 and Rs. 599 respectively. For 24 hours after launch Lenovo will offer buyers a VR bundle comprising of TheatreMax Controller and ANTVR headset for juts Rs. 999. There's also a gaming bundle, which includes Amkette Evo Gamepad Pro 2 and TheaterMax controller for Rs. 1,999.
