Alcatel Pixi 4 Plus Power with 5.5-inch display, 5000mAh battery announced


Alcatel has expanded its Pixi series with a brand new smartphone called Pixi 4 Plus Power. It is a variant of Pixi 4, that comes with a bigger display and huge battery capacity.

The main highlight of the phone is its massive 5000mAh battery inside, which according to Alcatel is rated to deliver up to 2.7 days of normal usage, 22 hours of browsing and up to 14 hours of video streaming. It also feature quick charge technology, and doubles as power bank so you can charge other devices via microUSB.

Apart from the massive battery, the Alcatel Pixi 4 Plus Power has 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display, quad-core processor (probably MediaTek) 1GB RAM and 8GB storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.

For photography, it gets 13MP rear camera and 5MP selfie camera both accompanied by an LED flash. The dual-SIM phone runs Android Marshmallow and supports only 3G networks. WiFi and Bluetooth are also present.

Currently, the pricing and availability details of Alcatel Pixi 4 Plus Power is not known.

  1. Alcatel has just announced it's upcoming smartphone, Pixi 4 Plus Power, the newest member in the Alcatel's Pixi series. The Phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and supports a 3G Network coverage.
