Honor 6X specs revealed by China's TENAA

Earlier this month, Huawei's sub-brand Honor's upcoming smartphone carrying model number BLN-ALN10 reportedly called Honor 6X with dual rear cameras was spotted on China's TENAA. At that time only the photos of the handset was posted, without revealing the specs. But now, the specs have been listed on the certification website.

According to TENAA, the Honor 6X will have 5.5-inch 1080p display, Kirin 650 SoC, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage and 3340mAh battery. The dual camera setup will use a combination of 12-megapixel for primary, and 2-megapixel for depth of field. The front camera will be an 8-megapixel unit. The handset will also have a fingerprint scanner at the back. Other features 4G LTE, dual-SIM slots and Android Marshmallow with EMUI on top.

The Honor 6X is expected to be released on October 18. It will succeed the Honor 5X, which was launched in India earlier this year in January for Rs. 12,999. With the specs in offering, the Honor 6X will compete with LeEco Le 2s and Xiaomi's Redmi Note 4.
