HTC Desire 10 LifeStyle, Desire 10 Pro launching on September 20



HTC has been teasing the launch of new smartphones on September 20, but the company kept mum about it. A report earlier have suggested that HTC plans to launch two new Desire series smartphones this month. 

Now a report coming out of China confirms this, and says that HTC will launch two phones on September 20. The two phones will belong to the Desire series family and are called HTC Desire 10 Pro and Desire 10 LifeStyle.

The HTC Desire 10 Pro will reportedly be a high-end smartphone and is rumored to feature 5.1-inch Quad HD display, Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt storage and 12MP rear camera.

The Desire 10 Lifestyle on the other hand will be a mid-ranger and is expected to have 5.5-inch 720p display, Snapdragon 400 SoC, 2GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage.

As per previous leaks both phones will have fingerprint scanners at the back, which is first for a Desire series phones. They will come in Black and White and sport "metallic gold trim on the edges and around key hardware elements like the camera lens, flash, and antenna cutouts".

HTC's September 20 event will start at 12AM Pacific (12:30pm IST, Thursday) and will be streamed at company website.
