Razer Blade Pro gaming laptop with NVIDIA GTX 1080 announced


PC gaming brand Razer has announced its most powerful laptop to date equipped with high-end specification that Razer wants you to see as a gaming desktop PC replacement

The Razer Blade Pro is a gaming notebook with 17.3-inch display (3840 x 2160 pixels) UHD IGZO touch screen display with NVIDIA G-Sync support, a quad-core Intel Core i7-6700HQ processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card, up to 2TB of PCI M.2 SSD and 32GB DDR4-2133 RAM. It also features a full sized mechanical keyboard with a touchpad on the right side.

The laptop includes 2MP webcam, a Killer DoubleShot Pro network card with 801.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2 and Gigabit Ethernet, 3 x USB 3.0 ports, a Thunderbolt 3/USB Type-C port, and HDMI port and a SD card reader. It also has the world's thinnest vapor chamber cooling solution.

All this is encased in a unibody CNC alumium chassis that measures 6.7″ x 11″ x 0.9 inches thick and weighs 7.98 pounds. It is also powerful enough to be VR-ready for both the Oculus and HTC Vive.

The Razer Blade Pro carries a starting price of $3699 for the 512GB SSD model, making it one of the most expensive laptops to date. There are two more configurations available: 1TB SSD at $3,999 and 2TB SSD at 4,499. It will be available in November.
