5.5-inch Lava X50+ with 32GB storage, 4G VoLTE launched at Rs. 9,199

After launching the ultra-affordable entry-level A51 and A76+ starting at Rs. 4,199, Lava has now launched a new mid-range phone called Lava X50+. The phone sports 8.8mm sleek body with curved back, and given its phablet-grade screen size, the phone also has one-handed mode for using it comfortably using one hand.

The Lava X50+ is the successor of X50, which was launched back in July at Rs 8,699, and offers only storage upgrade.

Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the Lava X50+ comes with 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is equipped with 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage (vs. 8GB on X50), further expandable with the help of microSD card.

For photography, there's 8MP rear camera with LED flash and can record 1080p videos. On the front you get a 5MP camera which also has LED flash to offer better selfies in low-light conditions.

Connectivity options are dual-SIM slot, 4G LTE with VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. A 2800mAh battery keeps the lights on.

Priced at Rs. 9,199, the Lava X50+ will be available soon from retail stores across the country in Blue or White/Gold color combination.
