Possible Huawei P10 specs revealed by GFXBench

Huawei's P9 that comes with Leica engineered dual rear camera has turned out to be a huge success. The company recently claimed that it sold 9 million units of P9, since its launch eight months ago in April. Now it appears that, Huawei has already started work on its successor.

A Huawei smartphone carrying model number LON-L29 has surfaced on GFXBench, and is allegedly being called Huawei P10. For reference, the Huawei P9 had the model number LON-L19, and model number of P10 corresponds to it.

As per the listing on GFXBench, the Huawei P10 will feature 5.5-inch Quad HD display, Kirin 960 processor clocked at 2.3GHz with Mali G71 GPU, 6GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It will have 12MP rear camera, however there is no mention of it being dual camera, like the P9. The front facing camera will be 8MP and the phone will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

As of now there's no word when Huawei P10 will be released, however, looking at P9's launch date, we can be the P10 to launch in April-March 2017.
