HTC Ocean Note will reportedly launch as 'U Ultra'
HTC is rumored to launch the Ocean Note on January 12. However, according to @onleaks, the Ocean Note will be launched under HTC U Ultra moniker, but did not confirm the launch date.
Furthermore, in line with previous report, the U Ultra will ditch the 3.5mm jack in favor of audio via USB Type-C, but sport a phablet grade 6-inch display, instead of 5.5/5.7-inch variants reported earlier.
It is being said that U Ultra (Ocean Note) will have an amazing rear camera with the higherst DxO Mark score of any smartphone camera yet, which is currently held by Google's Pixel (score of 89), which also happens to be manufactured by HTC.
Moreover, U Ultra is rumored to feature a curved display similar to Galaxy S7 edge, and use MediaTek processor instead of Qualcomm's. It will have dual-SIM slots, support for 4G LTE and come in Black, White and Blue hue. HTC is also expected to bundle 'Adaptive Audio' technology backed USB Type-C headphones.
If the reports are true, we will know more when HTC launches the U Ultra next Thursday. Until then take it with a salt.
