Kingston's 2TB DataTraveler Ultimate GT is the world's largest capacity flash drive


Kingston at CES 2017 has outed DataTraveler Ultimate GT, which it claims to be the world's largest capacity flash drive offering up to 2TB storage capacity.

The DataTraveler Ultimate GT will be available in 1TB and 2TB capacities. The company claims that the 2TB capacity flash drive is capable of storing 70 hours of 4K videos. 

It features a USB 3.1 connector for fast data transfers and is compatible with major desktop operating system including Windows, Chrome OS, Linux and macOS.

The flash drive sports a shock resistant zinc alloy metal casing and measures 72 x 26.9 x 21mm, making it smaller than external SSD or HDD.

The Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate GT ships in February 2017 and is backed by five year warranty. The pricing is not yet known.
