Samaung outs Galaxy C7 Pro in China


After a slew of leaks and rumors, Samsung has finally announced the Galaxy C7 Pro. The handset is listed on the company's Chinese  website. The Galaxy C7 Pro has a similar design to the Galaxy C9 Pro sporting a metal body with three thin antenna lines at the top and bottom of the back panel.

Running Android Marshmallow, the Galaxy C7 Pro features 5.7-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) Super AMOLED Always-on display and is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 626 processor clocked at 2.2GHz. It comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, and has support for microSD card.

For photography, there's 16MP rear camera on both front and back with f/1.9 aperture and can record 1080p videos at 30fps. The rear camera has dual-LED flash. 

Other features include hybrid dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE, fingerprint scanner, Samsung Pay support and USB Type-C port. A 3300mAh battery will keep the lights on.

The Galaxy C7 Pro measures 156.5 x 77.2 x 7.0mm, weighs 172g and will be available in Rose Pink, Arctic Blue and Maple Leaf Gold hues. It is priced at CNY 2799 ($405 | Rs. 28,000) and will be up for pre-order in China soon.
