Vodafone is offering four times more 4G data to its customers
Vodafone is increasing its 4G data benefits by four times for its prepaid subscribers in all circles where it offers 4G services. For instance, previously the Rs. 250 data pack offered 1GB of 4G data, but now customers will get 4GB of data for 28 days.
Here are the full list of new Vodafone 4G data packs, along with their prices (may vary from circle to circle)
Vodafone's new 4X 4G data packs comes with one month validity and are available for both new and existing prepaid subscribers. They can be purchased through digital channels as well as retail touch points across the country. It's worth mentioning that price of the aforementioned data packs will vary from circle to circle.
- 1GB data pack now costs Rs. 150
- 4GB data pack now costs Rs. 250
- 6GB data pack now costs Rs. 350
- 9GB data pack now costs Rs. 450
- 13GB data pack now costs Rs. 650
- 22GB data pack now costs Rs. 999
- 35GB data pack now costs Rs. 1,500
“Our customers are consuming more of content and video online. With these super rich data packs, our rapidly growing base of 4G customers across 17 circles can enjoy much more of mobile internet while remaining confidently connected on Vodafone SuperNet 4G. It will also encourage first time and limited users of mobile internet to explore more by providing greater value,” Vodafone said in a press release.
The move is one of many, taken by well established telecom operators to compete with the new comer Reliance Jio, which has triggered data tariff war.
