Alcatel introduces Plus 12 Windows 10 2-in1 tablet with detachable keyboard

Alcatel at the ongoing MWC 2017, Barcelona announced the A5 LED with LED back cover, along with the entry-level A3 and U5. In addition the company also introduced a Windows 10 2-in-1 tablet called Alcatel Plus 12.

Similar to other 2-in-1 tablet, the Alcatel Plus 12 also comes with a detachable keyboard which is powered by Qualcomm MDM9207 and includes 128MB RAM, a 2850mAh battery, USB-A port for connectivity and supports 4G LTE and WiFi hotspot for up to 15 devices. The keyboard connects to the tablet through seven pogo pins. The tablet also comes with a Stylus Pen compatible with Windows Ink.

The Alcatel Plus 12 features 11.6-inch Full HD display and is powered by Intel Celeron N3350 processor with 4GB RAM and 32GB eMMC + 32GB embedded microSD storage configuration. The storage is also expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.

The tablet comes with 5MP camera, fingerprint scanner, dual speakers and includes 4G LTE support (via keyboard), WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2, USB Type-C port, micro HDMI port and 3.5mm audio jack. It packs a 26.8Whr (6900mAh) battery.

Alcatel is yet to announce the pricing and availability details.
