Razer's 14-inch Blade gaming laptop gets Kaby Lake, 4K display option


Razer is giving its 14-inch gaming laptop, the Blade, the update it needs for 2017. The new model is armed with Intel's latest seventh-generation Kaby Lake processors, and also gets an optional 4K UHD touch screen display as well.

Apart from the upgraded chipset and a higher-res display, the rest of the specs of Blade remain unchanged from its Sky Lake-powered predecessor.

The Razer Blade now starts at $1899, versus the Sky Lake model's $1799 price tag, and features 1080p display, 2.8GHz Core i7-7700HQ Kaby Lake processor, NVIDIA GTX 1060 GPU, 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD.
