ZTE sub-brand nubia has launched M2 Lite, the company's latest budget phone offering to India. The M2 Lite is priced at Rs. 13,999 and will be available exclusively on Amazon India starting May 9 in Black Gold color. The device sports a sleek 7.5mm thick metal-unibody design and has its fingerprint sensor baked into the home button. It runs Android Marshmallow based Nubia UI 4.0.

The nubia M2 Lite features 5.5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display and is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor backed by Mali T860 GPU and 4GB RAM. The on-board storage capacity is 64GB, which can be further expanded via microSD card.

For photography, there's 13MP f/2.2 camera at the back accompanied by LED flash, and 16MP f/2.0 selfie camera on the front with soft LED flash and 79.8-degree wide-angle lens. Connectivity duties are handled by hybrid dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE, VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery, which should last a day on a single charge.

Considering the specs and price, the Nubia M2 Lite will go head-to-head with the likes of Moto G5 Plus, Xiaomi's Redmi Note 4, Honor 6X and Smartron's srt.phone.
