Samsung Galaxy S8+ 6GB RAM, 128GB storage version lands in India


Samsung launched a higher-end version of Galaxy S8+ with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, back in April in home market of South Korea. Today, the South Korean tech-giant launched this variant in the Indian market.

The new Galaxy S8+ with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, has been priced at Rs. 74,990, which is Rs. 10,000 more than the 4GB RAM/64GB storage version (Rs, 64,900). It comes in a single midnight black color hue and will be up for pre-order from Samsung's e-store and Flipkart starting tomorrow. It will be available across the country starting June 9.

Additionally, as part of an introductory offer, Samsung is offering a free wireless charger with the new Galaxy S8+.


Apart from the higher RAM and storage capacity, the new Galaxy S8+ has the same specs as the original version including the 6.2-inch QHD Infinity display w/ Gorilla Glass 5, Exynos 8895 chip, water resistant body, 12MP f/1.7 dual-pixel camera, IP68 rating and 3500mAh battery.
