You will soon be able to share any type of files on WhatsApp

You will soon be able to share any type of files on WhatsApp with your contacts on Android, iOS and Windows 10 devices.

Earlier WhatsApp allowed users to share images, videos and audio, and later expanded the file support to PDF, Word documents, Excel sheets, Power Point slides, Excel sheets and locations. And for files that were not supported, users had to upload them on the cloud, and then share the link with their contacts.

But now, WhatsApp is taking a step further and allowing you to share any type of file, given that, the file is under 128MB on iOS, 100MB on Android and 64MP on Web. Moreover, you'll also be able to share APK files as well, and also you can now share photos and videos without being compressed

The new feature is being tested  by a small number of users right now, but should get a wider-release to all users soon.

Aside from the file sharing feature, WhatsApp is expected to roll out another feature that will let you recall the messages after they've been sent. In simple words delete sent messages.
