Ziox Astra Titan 4G with Android Nougat, fingerprint scanner, 4G VoLTE launched at Rs. 6,599

Domestic smartphone maker Ziox Mobiles has launched its first Android Nougat based smartphone. Dubbed Astra Titan 4G, the budget device sports metal back finish, that comes in Rose Gold and Champagne Gold hues. It also has fingerprint scanner, facial recognition function, dual-SIM slots and support of 4G networks with VoLTE and ViLTE.

In terms of specifications, the Astra Titan 4G features 5-inch HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display, and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.

The camera department has a 5MP front and rear shooter, both accompanied by LED flash. It also packs a decent battery capacity of 3000mAh. Other specs include WiFi, Bluetooth, USB OTG, light sensor and GPS.

The device's fingerprint scanner, not only unlocks the phone, but can also be used to lock or unlock apps, and perform actions like capture photo, answer calls and more, all with a single tab. It also supports 31 regional languages. And since it runs Android Nougat, features like multi-window view and smarter power management. are also included.

Priced at Rs. 6,599, the Ziox Astra Titan 4G is available across the country in mobile retail stores.
