Oppo R11 FC Barcelona Edition announced

Oppo is the brand ambassador of Spanish football team FC Barcelona, and has been releasing special edition of its flagship handset for FC Barcelona fans. Previously it released R7 Plus, R9 and F1 Plus FC Barcelona edition phones. And now Oppo has announced FC Barcelona edition of the R11.

The R11 FC Barcelona Edition flaunts blue-and-red color schemes, the official home color of FC Barcelona, and has an 18K gold-plated club insignia at the back. On the software side, it comes pre-loaded with FC Barcelona-themed UI, and the device is packed in a special Royal Blue box with FC Barcelona logo on the top.

The Oppo R11 FC Barcelona Edition has been priced higher than the regular R11 model (CNY 2999). It will carry a price tag of CNY 3499 ($522 | Rs. 33,00) and will be available in China from August 18.

 

The specs of the FC Barcelona R11 is same the regular Oppo R11. It will feature 5.5-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 660 chip, 4GB RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, fingerprint scanner and 3000mAh battery. 

It boasts dual cameras consisting of a 16MP Sony IMX398 f/1.7 sensor plus a secondary 20MP Sony IMX350 f/2.6 sensor. The front facing camera is a 20MP unit, and the device boots Android Nougat based ColorOS 3.1.
