Nokia 2 surface in press renders
Earlier today it was reported that HMD's upcoming entry-level Nokia 2 will pack a beefy 4000mAh battery capacity, thanks to FCC listing. Now Evan Blass has shared official looking press shots of the Nokia 2.
The image shows two color version of Nokia 2: Black and White/Silver. It has plastic body, and have on-screen navigation controls instead of capacitive buttons. There's also a speaker at the lower left side of the rear panel.
Previous reports have suggested that Nokia 2 will feature 5-inch HD display, Snapdragon 212 processor, 1GB or 2GB RAM, 8GB or 16GB of expandable storage, 8MP/5MP cameras, dual-SIM slots (optional) and 4G LTE support. It will run Android Nougat out of the box, but we can expect and upgrade to Android Oreo, becuase HMD has promised Oreo to all of its new Android smartphones (Nokia 3, 5, 6, 8).
The Nokia 2 will be the most affordable offering from HMD Global, so it will likely be priced less than Nokia 3, that's below Rs. 10,000. It is still not known when Nokia 2 will be released.
