Airtel will sell iPhone X on its online store starting November 3
Airtel has announced that the iPhoneX will be available from its online store starting November 3. However, it will only be available for Airtel postpaid users as an unlocked device on a first come first serve basis till stocks last.
The telecom operator is not offering the iPhone X on a contract basis, instead you'll have to pay the full amount, and use it with any of Airtel's existing postpaid plans.
The 64GB iPhone X is priced at Rs. 89,000, and the 256GB model will set you back by Rs. 102,000. After placing the order, Airtel will deliver the iPhone X to your doorstep free of charge.
As part of launch offer, customers purchasing iPhone X using Citibank Credit cards will get a cash back of Rs. 10,000 between October 3 and October 4.
The iPhone X is Apple's most expensive smartphone still date, and brings the most radical change to the iPhone's design in years. It sports a bezel-less design and the front panel is entirely covered by a display, but with a cutout on top to house the selfie camera and sensors. As a result it also ditches the Touch ID fingerprint scanner, and comes with a new facial recognition system called Face ID to unlock the phone. It also boasts Aerospace-grade 7000-series aluminum frame, and a new glass body at its rear to support wireless charging.
Coming to the specs, the iPhone X has 5.9-inch (2436 x 1125 pixels) OLED Super Retina display with support for HDR10 and Dolby Vision. It is equipped with Apple's new octa-core A11 Bionic processor, 12MP OIS dual cameras, 7MP selfie camera, 4G LTE and fast charging support. It runs the latest iOS 11 out of the box.
