Google Pixel 2 goes on sale in India

Today is November 1, and as expected Google's Pixel 2 flagship is now available for purchase in India. To remind you the Pixel 2 went up for pre-order in the country alongside Pixel 2 XL on October 26.

The Pixel 2 is available online exclusively on Flipkart as well as offline mobile stores including Reliance Digital, Croma, Poorvika, Sangeetha Mobiles, Vijay Sales, and other partner retailers.

As for the pricing, the Pixel 2 64GB model is priced at Rs. 61,000, while the 128GB model costs Rs. 70,000, and comes in Just Black and Clearly White colors.

The Pixel 2 XL on the other hand will go on sale starting November 16 starting at Rs. 73,000 for the 64GB model and Rs. 82,000 for the 128GB model.

Specifications
The Pixel 2 has 5-inch Full HD 16:9 display and 2700mAh battery, whereas the Pixel 2 XL has 6-inch QHD+ pOLED 18:9 display and 3520mAh battery. They feature Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB RAM, 12.2 MP dual-Pixel camera with OIS, 8MP front camera and fingerprint scanner.

Other notable features are IP67 water and dust resistance; Active Edge function, which allows users to squeeze the phone to launch Google Assistant; USB Type-C port; NFC; Bluetooth 5.0; E-SIM slot; and pure Android 8.0 Oreo experience. Sadly there's no 3.5mm audio jack on these phones, you will have to use USB Type-C enabled audio headphones.
