Nougat 7.1.2 based MIUI 8 Global Stable ROM rolls out for Xiaomi Redmi 4A
Last week Xiaomi rolled out Android 7.1.2 Nougat based MIUI 9 Beta ROM for the Redmi 4A, which was launched with MIUI 8 based Android Marshmallow. However, now some Redmi 4A users are reporting they are receiving a new Nougat 7.1.2 OTA update based on MIUI 8 as Nightly build on their device.
The nightly build arrives as MIUI 8.5.10.0.NCCMIED and weighs at 1.3GB in size, and includes October Android security patch. It is being rolled out to random users to get feedback on the software, to minimize impact of critical bugs before the final release.
Once the bugs have been eliminated, the stable update will be seeded
Here's the MIUI 8.5.10.0.NCCMIED change-log
