Earlier this month ASUS launched a trimmed down version of the popular Zenfone 5 dubbed ZenFone 5 Lite (A502CG) in Philippines. Now the device is available in India on the company's online retail partner Flipkart.

The phone sports a 5-inch qHD IPS display with a screen resolution of 960 x 540 pixels and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Intel Atom processor paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory [expandable via memory card upto 64GB]. The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with ZenUI.

Camera features include an 8MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and 0.3 MP front camera. Connectivity options include dual SIM slots, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, USB v2.0, and A-GPS. The phones power is backed by a 2,500mAh non-removable battery.
