HTC To Announce New Desire Series Smartphones at CES 2015

It looks like HTC does not want to stay out of the party in CES 2015 Las Vegas. The company has started sending press invites where it is expected to announce the new desire series smartphones and not the HTC Hima.

There is no information about which device will be launched at the event. HTC posted the invitation on its official Weibo account that reads "2015.1.6 CES Always Desire more" which hints toward the announcement of the Desire Series Smartphones. Earlier rumors said that the HTC HIMA will be announced at CES 2015, though the HTC invite contradicts this rumor.

Last week @upleaks tipped the specifications of a mid-range smartphone - HTC A12. The device features a 4.7-inch display and is powered by 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 with 1GB RAM, 8-megapixl rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front camera, 2100mAh battery and Android 4.4 with HTC Sense UI.

There are no additional details at this time of any other Desire handsets. CES 2015 is not far away so we will find out more official details of the Desire devices soon.
