The successor to the mid range Lumia 1320 - the Microsoft Lumia 1330 (model no. RM-1062) was spotted in a GFXBench benchmark site along with its specification details.

 

According to the GFXBench listing the Microsoft  Lumia 1330 features a 5.7-inch HD display (1280x719 pixels) resolution and powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 chipset coupled with an Adreno 305 GPU paired with 1GB RAM and 32GB internal storage [microSD card support].

 

Camera features include 14-megapixel rear camera with the ability to record 1080p videos and 5-megapixel front facing camera for selfies. The device will run Windows 8.1 GDR2 update.

 

Microsoft is expected to launch the device next year at MWC 2015 Barcelona.
