Alleged specifications of the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet Ultra have surfaced online. The specifications of the tablet is monstrous as compared to any other tablet available in the market.

What makes the Tablet monstrous is its RAM and the battery backup. The Tablet comes with 6GB of RAM and a monstrous 12,100mAh battery.

Coming to the other specs, the Xperia Z4 Tablet Ultra features a 12.9" 3840 x 2400 LED display and powered by 2.86GHz Snapdragon 810 chip paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. Other features include 8-megapixel camera, HDMI 1.4 input jack for 4K video recording and S-Force front surround speakers.

For comparison the iPad Air 2 has 7,340mAh and Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD has 9000 mAh battery.

There is no detail on when the tablet will be launched. Lets hope it is unveiled at CES 2014. As nothing is confirmed again its advisable to take this news with a pinch of salt.
