Xiaomi Redmi Note out of stock in second Flipkart flash sale in 8 seconds
Xiaomi has sold out 75,000 units of its latest Redmi Note smartphones in its second flash sale via Flipkart.The announcement was made by Hugo Barra , Vice President of International for Xiaomi on @MiIndiaOfficial twitter account.
Last week’s flash sale on December 2 saw 50,000 Redmi Note units sold out in mere 6 seconds.
Xiaomi also announced that the next flash sale for the Redmi Note will be on December 16. The registration window will open from today at 6pm IST to December 15, midnight.
Priced at Rs. 8990 the Redmi Note features a 5.5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS display with a pixel density of 267ppi, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device is powered by 1.7GHz Mediatek MT6592 octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM with 8GB Internal storage [expansion via microSD card up to 32GB]. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean wrapped under MIUI version 5. Camera features include a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Connectivity features include dual-SIM card slots, 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.
