Samsung Galaxy A3 And A5 Smartphones Launched In India

Samsung launched the metal-bodied Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 smartphones in India. The Galaxy A3 and A5 have slim design and superior and is focused on young and style conscious consumers. The handsets were launched in October last year.

The main highlight of the Samsung Galaxy A3 and A5 is its metallic unibody design which was earlier featured in Samsung Galaxy Alpha. The handsets come with LTE capabilities, support NFC, Wi-Fi and ships with Android 4.4 KitKat.

Coming to the specs, the Galaxy A3 features a 4.5-inch qHD display and is powered by a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor paired with 1GB RAM and 16GB Internal storage [microSD card support]. Camera features include an 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera. The handset is powered by 1,900mAh battery. It measures  130.1x65.5x6.9mm and weighs 110 grams.

The Galaxy A5 sports a 5-inch display and is powered by 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 processor. Other specs include 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage [microSD card support upto 128GB], 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera and 2,300mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy A3 and A5 will be prices at Rs. 20,500 and Rs. 25,500 and will be available in the market from next week.
