Huawei P8 with all-metal unibody, 5.2-inch display announced
Huawei unveiled its new flagship device dubbed Huawei P8 in London.The device sports a full metal aluminum unibody design with just 6.4mm thickness
The Huawei P8 features 5.2-inch full HD IPS display with 1920x1080 screen resolutions. It is powered by 64-bit octa-core 2GHz Hisilicon Kirin 930 processor paired with 3GB RAM.
The smartphone comes with 16GB internal storage that is expandable by up to 128GB via microSD card. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with EMUI 3.1 on top.
Camera features include 13-megapixel rear camera with OIS, 4-color RGBW sensor, LED flash and 1080p video recording capabilty. On the front in sports a 8-megapixel camera for taking selfies. Connectivity features includes GPS, 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, microUSB. It is backed by 2680mAh battery.
The device measures 144.9mm x 72.1mm x 6.4mm, weighs 144 grams and will be offered in Mystic Champagne or Titanium Grey colors.
The Huawei P8 will come in two versions - standard and premium. The premium version is same as the standard P8 but it comes with 64GB internal storage and is offered in Gold and Carbon Black colors.
The Standard version of Huawei P8 comes with a price tag of 499 euros while the premium version costs 599 euros. It will initially be available in more than 30 countries including
China, Columbia, France, Germany, Mexico, Spain, South Africa, Turkey,
UAE and the United Kingdom.
