OnePlus to announce Hydrogen OS on May 28 in Beijing, China

OnePlus will be holding an event on May 28 in Beijing, China where the company will announce a new version of Oxygen OS called 'Hydrogen OS'.

OnePlus's Hydrogen OS is the Chinese version of the Oxygen OS ROM. It is worth noting that OnePlus One shipped with Cyanogen OS for international market,  and for China the smartphone shipped with OPPO's ColorOS. 

After getting into trouble with Cyanogen Inc.,(after signing an exclusive contract with Micromax) OnePlus released their own OS dubbed OxygenOS for international market. The company was said to offer a new version of Oxygen OS with less-google features for the Chinese market, Hydrogen OS.

HydrogenOS will be based on Android 5.0 Lollipop and will be much similar to stock Android with some tweaks and revamped UI. It will bring battery life improvements, performance enhancements and will be bloatware-free
