HP introduces Chromebook 11 G4 aimed at education for $199 and up
HP has introduced a new Chrome OS laptop dubbed Chromebook 11 G4. It is targeted at the education sector and comes with Google for eduction that contains productivity tools like Google Classroom, Google Docs and a wide range of apps, book and videos.
The HP Chromebook 11 G4 comes in two display models, one with 11.6" diagonal HD SVA WLED anti-glare (1366 x 768) display and the other with 11.6-inch IPS display (1366 x 768) with wide-viewing angles.
Under the hood there is Intel Celeron N2840 Bay Trial processor with Intel HD graphics (2.16 GHz, up to 2.58 GHz, 1 MB cache, 2 cores) and memory options include 2GB RAM/16GB storage and 4GB RAM/32GB storage respectively. It also comes with 100 GB Google Drive cloud storage.
Connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0,USB 3.0, USB 2.0, HDMI and SDXC card reader. It is backed by 36Whr battery. Other features include Dual speakers, HD webcam and full sized textured black-island style keyboard.
HP's Chromebook 11 G4 prices start from $199 and will be launching very soon in the U.S.
