Lenovo Chromebook 100S announced, available in October for $179

At IFA 2015 in Berlin, Lenovo launched the Chromebook 100S. It is powered by Chrome OS and comes with built-in voice search, fast booting, online and offline work mode. It easily synchronizes with Android devices.

Lenovo Chromebook 100S features 11.6-inch HD display with 1366 x 768 pixels resolution and is powered by Intel Celeron N2840 Bay Trial M processor with 4GB RAM and 32GB storage. There is 1-megapixel HD front camera for video chatting and a Dual Digital Microphone.

Other features include WiFi 802.11 a/c, Bluetooth 4.0, 1 x USB 2.0, 1 x USB 3.0, Audio Combo Jack, 4-in-1 Combo Card Reader and HDMI. The Chromebook offers up to 8 hours of battery life on a single charge.

The Lenovo Chromebook 100S is priced at $179 and will be available starting October.
