ASUS ZenPad 7.0, ZenPad C 7.0 and ZenPad 8.0 launched in India

The Asus ZenPad 7.0, ZenPad C 7.0 and ZenPad 8.0 were unveiled at Computex this year. Later  in August Asus held the ZenFestival in India and in the event announced the ZenPad 7.0 and ZenPad 8.0 for the Indian market with no details on availability and pricing.

Now, Asus has finally announced the availability details of ZenPad 7.0 and ZenPad 8.0 in the country. In addition, Asus also launched the ZenPad C 7.0 in the country.

The ZenPad 7.0 is now available for purchase from Asus exclusive stores and Flipkart, while the ZenPad 8.0 and ZenPad C 7.0 will go on sale by end of this month.

The ZenPad 7.0 is priced at 11,999 and also comes bundled with audio cover for Rs. 14,999 (Tablet + audio cover). It comes in Obsidian Black and Aurora Metallic colors. 

The ZenPad 8.0 is priced at Rs. 14,999, and with audio cover it costs Rs. 17,999. It also comes in Obsidian Black and Aurora Metallic colors.

The ZenPad C 7.0 is priced at Rs. 8,999 and comes in Obisdian Black, Aurora Metallic and Glamour Red colors.

All these tablets come integrated with DTS-HD Premium Sound technology, and runs Android Lollipop with ZenUI on top.

The ZenPad 7.0  features 7-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) HD IPS display and is powered by 64-bit quad-core Intel Atom x3-C3230 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. On-board storage is 16GB, further expandable via microSD card. Camera features include 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity features include WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB and GPS/A-GPS. It is fuelled by 3450mAh battery.

The ZenPad C 7.0  features 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) LED-backlit IPS display and is powered by 64-bit quad-core Intel Atom x3-C3230 processor paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB expandable storage. There is a 5-megapixel rear camera and 0.3-megapixel VGA front facing camera. The tablet has dual-SIM slot and supports 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. It draws power from a 3450mAH battery.

The ZenPad 8 features 8-inch (1280 x 800) HD IPS display with Asus Tru2Life (software to improve video playback) with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood there is octa-core Snapdragon 615 (MSM8929) ( 4 X 1.36 GHz + 4 X 1.0GHz ) processor with Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB LPDDR3 RAM.Inbuilt storage capacity is 16GB, further expandable via microSD card. It is equipped with 8-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front camera. It supports 4G LTE, 3GHSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. Fueling the tablet is a 4000mAh battery.
