vivo outs budget friendly Y51 smartphone
vivo recently outed the vivo X6 and vivo X6 Plus flagship smartphone. In addition, the brand introduced, the vivo Y51, it latest 4G LTE enabled budget smartphone. It is listed on the company website, without any word on in availability and pricing details.
The vivo Y51 features 5-inch qHD (540 x 960 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, aided by an Adreno 306 GPU and 2GB RAM. On-board storage capacity is 16GB, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. It runs FunTouch OS based on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.
For imaging, it is equipped with 8-megapixel rear camera accompanied with an LED flash and for clicking selfies you get a 5-megapixel front shooter. Some of the camera features include Night mode, HDR, Panorama and Face Beauty modes. The rear camera can record 1080p videos.
In addition to 4G LTE, which supports India's LTE bands, there is support for GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and micro-USB connectivity. Under the hood sits a 2350mAh battery.
