Panasonic launches 4-inch T44 Lite 3G smartphone at Rs. 3,199


After launching the 5.5-inch Eluga Note for Rs. 13,290 earlier this month, Panasonic today launched a new compact entry-level smartphone dubbed T44 Lite with low end specs, but with Android 6.0 Marshmallow on-board. The T44 Lite is a toned down variant of T44, that offered 1GB RAM, 5MP main camera and 2MP front snapper, rest of the innards being same.

The Panasonic T44 Lite features 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor with 512MB RAM and 8GB internal storage, with storage expansion support via microSD card (up to 32GB).

For photography, it offers 2-megapixel rear camera with flash and 0.3-megapixel front camera. The dual-SIM phone supports 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. It is backed by 2400mAh battery, which promises 20 hours of 2G talk time, 8.5 hours of 3G talk time and 400 hours of standby time.

The Panasonic T44 Lite is priced at Rs. 3,199, and will be exclusively available from Snapdeal starting August 1 in Rose Gold, Champagne Gold and Electric Blue color options.
