Honor 5C Nougat beta test program announced in India


Huawei terminal Honor has announced Android Nougat beta test program for the Honor 5C smartphone in India, for which it has started recruiting beta testers. Currently the smartphone runs Android Marshmallow EMUI 4.1.

The beta test program will take place in two batches and will offer participants to experience the preview version Android Nougat based EMUI 5.0 to help identify bugs.

Participants who join the beta test program will automatically get the latest EMUI beta build as an over-the-air update when they are available. The first batch of beta program will include 50 users who will be testing the first release, and the second batch will have 100 users and will test the second beta release.

It's worth noting that in order to get beta Nougat update, Honor 5C should carry the model number NEM-L22 and must be in theNEM-L22C675B140/ B151 build version.
