Nokia 6 variant TA-1003 surfaces on Bluetooth certification, could be global variant
Nokia smartphone finally returned to the market thanks to HMD Global. The company launched the Nokia 6 last week exclusively for China. But now it appears that HMD Global is planning to bring the Nokia 6 to other parts of the world.
A new variant of Nokia 6 carrying model number TA-1003 surfaced on Bluetooth certification website, alongside the TA-1000 model, which is the model number of China version. The TA-1003 could be the global variant of Nokia 6, and can be expected to be introduced at MWC in Barcelona in March.
Meanwhile, a Silver color variant of Nokia 6 got certified by Chinese certification website TENAA, suggesting that another model is on the way. However, it is not known, whether this one will be exlcusive to China or reach intentional markets. Currently the Nokia 6 comes in Black hue.
To refresh the specs, the Nokia 6 comes with 5.5-inch Full HD 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 display, octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 16MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, fingerprint scanner, 4G LTE and 3000mAh battery. It runs Android Nougat and is priced at CNY 1699 ($245 | Rs. 17,000).
