LG Stylus 3 launched in India at Rs. 18,500


LG introduced the Stylus toting Stylus 3 smartphone ahead of CES 2017, back in January, an today the company has quietly launched the phone in India. It has been listed on the company's website complete with pricing and availability details.

As the name suggests, LG Stylus 3 comes bundled with a 1.8mm diameter fiber-tip stylus and boasts features like Pen Pop 2.0 (adds shortcuts on screen for stylus usage when it is removed from the bay), Pop scanner, Pop Memo, Capture+, Pen Keeper (warns when stylus is not in the stylus bay) and Screen-off Memo (take notes directly on the screen even when display is off).

Coming to the specs, the LG Stylus 3 runs Android Nougat with UX 5.0 out of the box, and sports 5.7-inch HD display. It has 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor, 3GB RAM and 16GB storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.

The camera department includes a 13MP rear camera assisted by an LED flash and 8MP front facing camera. Connectivity features include dual-SIM slots, 4G, VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and USB OTG. It is fueled by a decent 3200mAh battery and includes a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The LG Stylus 3 has been priced at Rs. 18,500 and is available via LG stores across the country.
