Moto C Plus launched in India for Rs. 6,999
Earlier this Motorola launched its offline-exclusive budget smartphone, the Moto C in India for Rs. 5,999. Now the Lenovo-owned brand, has released its bigger sibling the Moto C Plus in the country as well, with improved screen resolution, camera and battery.
Unlike Moto C, which is only available offline, the Moto C Plus will be exclusively available online on Flipkart starting tomorrow June 20. It has been priced at Rs. 6,999, and the color options offered are Pearl White, Fine Gold and Starry Black. Launch offers include Moto Pulse Max headset at a discounted price of Rs. 749, 20 percent off on Flipakrt Fashion sale (June 24), and up to 30GB additional 4G data for Jio users.
In terms of specifications, the Moto C Plus comes with 5-inch HD display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.
For photography, it gets 8MP f/2.2 rear camera with LED flash, and 2MP front facing camera assisted by LED flash as well, so you'll get pretty decent selfies in low-light conditions.
It runs Android Nougat out of the box and support dual-SIMs, 4G with VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack for connectivity. A beefy 4000mAh battery runs the show, which according to Motorola can last up to 30 hours on a single charge.
