Oppo F3 Plus gets Rs. 3,000 price cut, now available for Rs. 27,990

Oppo launched the selfie-centric F3 Plus with dual-selfie cameras in India back in March at Rs. 30,990. Now according to Mumbai based independent retailer Mahesh Telecom, the F3 Plus has received a price cut of Rs. 3,000 and is now available through offline mobile stores at Rs. 27,990 in Black and Gold hues.

The price cut is permanent and is now in-effect. However, it is still retailing at Rs. 30,990, online on Flipkart and Amazon India, so it appears that the price cut is limited to offline market.

To recap the specs, the Oppo F3 Plus features dual-selfie cameras on the front, one a 16MP sensor with 76.4-degree wide-angle lens for taking regular selfies and the other an 8MP sensor with 12-degree wide-angle lens for snapping group selfies. The primary camera is 16MP f/1.7 Sony IMX398 lens with dual-tone LED flash and features Dual Pixel autofocus, PDAF, OIS and 4K video recording capabilities.

Other specs include 6-inch Full HD Gorilla Glass 5 display, octa-core Snapdragon 653 chip, 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable storage, 4G LTE, dual-SIM support, fingerprint scanner and 4000mAh battery with VOOC fast charging support. It runs Android Marshmallow based ColorOS 3.0 out of the box.

The price cut comes soon after Motorola launched the Moto Z2 Play in India at the same price, that will now be Oppo F3 Plus' main competitor in the offline market.
