The $4999 iMac Pro is the most powerful Mac ever made

At its WWDC 2017 event, Apple introduced its most powerful Mac machine yet, the iMac Pro, an entirely new workstation-class product line designed for pro users with the most demanding workflows like advanced graphics editing, VR content creation and real-time 3D rendering

The new iMac Pro features 27-inch Retina 5K display with support for 1 billion color, up to 18-core Xeon processor and Radeon Pro Vega GPUup to 22 Teraflops of graphics computation thanks to Radeon GPU (up to 16GB RAM).

The AIO can be configured with up to 128GB RAM, 4TB SSD, and each model will have four Thunderbolt 3 ports with support for two 5K displays at the same time. For the first time ever in Mac machine, the iMac Pro gets 10GB Ethernet for up to 10-times faster networking.

It sports the same design as the 27-inch iMac, but comes in Space Grey color, and includes an all-new thermal design to provide up to 80 percent more cooling capacity, in the same slim and thin iMac design.

The new iMac Pro prices start at $4999 (Rs. 3,22,000) for the base model with 32GB RAM, an 8-core Xeon processor and 1TB storage.  It will start shipping in the US in December this year.
