vivo V7+ has slim bezels, Snapdragon 450 processor and 24MP selfie camera

It just feels like yesterday, we were treated to the bezel-less Xiaomi Mi MIX, and in a short span, the design has become a trend in smartphones including budget devices. Last month Micromax (Canvas Infinity) and LG (Q6) launched budget near bezel-less phones in India. And now vivo has launched V7+, with slim bezels, boasting 84.4 percent screen to body ratio in India. Also, it's the first smartphone to be equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 450 processor.

vivo's version of near-bezel less display is called FullView and has a aspect ratio of 18:9. It sports 5.99-inch HD+ (1440 x 720 pixels) display with a layer of Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. As mentioned earlier it is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 Mobile Platform, and comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.

For photography it gets 16MP rear camera with PDAF and LED flash, while the front facing shooter is a 24MP sensor accompanied by moonlight flash. The selfie camera offers features like Face Beauty 7.0 and Portrait mode.

It runs Android Nougat based FunTouchOS 3.0 and is fueled by 3225mAh battery. It is also equipped with AK4376A Hi-Fi audio chip to deliver immersive media experience. Other features include dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, WIFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth and fingerprint scanner.

The vivo V7+ has been priced at Rs. 21,990 and will be available on Amazon India and Flipkart starting September 15. It comes in Matte Black and Champagne Gold.
