BIG costs less: Xiaomi Mi Max 2 gets a price cut in India
Xiaomi has announced permanent price cut of Rs. 1,000 for Mi Max 2's 32GB and 64GB variants.
The Mi Max 2 32GB and 64GB model were launched at Rs. 16,999 and Rs. 14,999, and now they cost Rs. 15,999 and Rs. 13,999 respectively. At the revised pricing, the Mi Maax 2 is available from Mi.com, Flipkart and Amazon India. Additionally, Reliance Jio subscriber will get up to 30GB of additional 4G data, and the phablet comes bundled with 12-month free subscription of Hungama Music.
As a reminder, the Mi Max 2 features 6.44-inch Full HD IPS display, Snapdragon 625 chip, 4GB RAM, fingerprint scanner and a massive 5300mAh batter. For photography, it has 12MP f/2.2 Sony IMX386 rear camera with an LED flash and 5MP f/2.0 85-degree wide angle front facing camera.
Other features include hybrid dual-SIM slot, 4G VoLTE, WiFI 802.11ac, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth, USB Type-C and Quick Charge 3.0 support. It runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat based MIUI 8 and is MIUI 9 ready.
