Apple Music, the music streaming and radio servce from Apple has finally hit the Google Play Store, with a tag of Beta status for now. Android users can now sign up for a three month free trial period, after that you will have to pay for the subscription. They will also have a direct link to iTunes and can listen to Beats 1 radio.
The Apple Music for Android will work on Android smartphones running version 4.2 and later. If you have always been an Android user, You might have to sign up for an Apple ID to get the app to work. Apple's SVP of Internet software and services, Eddy Cue says that they are trying to simplify the sign-up process, so the use of Apple ID is not needed.
As the app is in beta, some of the features will not be available. It doesn't feature music videos, but is expected to arrive soon and users can opt only for the individual plan and not the family plan within the app. If they wish to sign up for family plan, that can be done only through desktop or iOS device.

Music, where six members of family can use the service for $14.99 (Rs.180 in India) per
month, after your 90-day free trial period is over.
Apple first announced that Apple Music would be coming to Android back
in June during its Developer Conference. Recently, Apple CEO Tim Cook
said that Apple Music has 6.5 million paying customers,
with 8.5 million users in a trial period.
Interestingly, Apple Music is the first proper app launched by Apple for Android. The company has launched 'Move to iOS' Android app in September but the app turned out to be merely a re-branded version of an existing app, that offered similar features developed by the same team.

Apple released iOS 8.4 to all supported iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The update bring newly revamped Music app that includes Apple's long-awaited revolutionary music streaming service, Apple Music as well as 24 hours worldwide free radio service Beats 1. The Apple Music catalog has over over 30 million tracks. Beats 1 is a 24 hours radio service and will be curated by the likes of DJ Zane Lowe, Ebro Darden, and Julie Adenuga. Apple also plans to offer programs like exclusive
interviews, guest hosts and what's going on in the world of music. The service will also have a lot of human curation in place for
playlists.

will cost $9.99 per month. There is also a family plan for the Apple
Music, where six members of family can use the service for $14.99 per
month.
Apple Music and Beats 1 Radio are also available in India. After a
three-month trial users can pay Rs. 120 per month to continue to use the
service. There is also a family plan for Rs. 190 per month (for up to
six users).
Apart from the revamped Music app, the update also include performance improvements and bug fixes. Apple has also made some changes to the iBooks app which include the ability to browse, download and listen to audiobooks straight from the app.
The iOS 8.4 update is available for iPhone 4s and later, iPod touch (5th gen) and later, iPad 2 and later. To get the update manually go to settings> General> Software update. It is also available through iTunes.

In addition, Apple Music lets you play songs using Siri voice-assistant as wee;. Siri can be asked to “Play me the best songs from
1994,” “Play the best FKA twigs song,” or “What was the number one song
in February 2011?”. Apple's music streaming service features Beats 1 and Apple Music Connect.
Beats 1 is a 24-hour music broadcasting radio station which will broadcast live to over 100 countries. It will be led by influential DJs Zane Lowe in Los
Angeles, Ebro Darden in New York and Julie Adenuga in London. Beats 1 will offer programs like exclusive interviews, guest hosts and what's going on in the world of music. The radio station range in genres from indie rock to classical and folk to funk. Users will be able to listen to the station and skip unlimited number of songs with premium membership.
Apple Music connect allows Artists and fans to connect with one another directly. Artists can share lyrics, backstage photos, videos or release their latest singles with fans directly via the app. Users can follow their favorite artists and comment on anything they post.
Apple Music will be available starting June 30 for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Mac and PC. It will be released for Apple TV and Android devices later this year.
