TomTom launches new range of fitness wearables in India starting at Rs. 13,999

Fitness accessory manufacturer TomTom has launched new set of fitness wearables in India including the Touch fitness tracker, Adventurer GPS Outdoor watch, and Spark 3 Multisport fitness smartwatch. 

TomTom Touch fitness tracker
TomTom claims that Touch fitness tracker is the first wearable in the market to come with body composition analysis. It can measure body fat and muscle mass percentage to provide more insight on fitness. It has 24x7 activity tracking and can track steps, sleep and rate rate, and sports activities like running cycling and workouts

It features touch screen display, IPX7 rating (for splash resistant), customisable straps, and promises up to five days of battery life. The battery can be charged using micro-USB cable. Users can track their fitness and achievements using the companion app on their smartphone. When paired with smartphone the wearable also offers notification alerts as well.

TomTom Adventurer 
The watch can track outdoor activities like hiking, snowboarding, trail running, and provides real-time statistics and GPS related data. It features built-in heart monitor, activity tracking sensors, barometer (to offer real-time weather, altitude and related information), inbuilt compass and music player. It is water resistant for up to depths of 40 meters. 

TomTom Spark 3
The fitness watch is equipped with multisport mode, and can automatically track different activities like running, gym,biking, swimming, walking on treadmill and freestyle workouts. It also comes with the usual fitness tracking feature like counting steps taken, calories burned, tracking heart rate and sleep patterns. Just like TomTom adventurer, it also has GPS tracking with real time statistics on the go. The watch is also capable of storing up to 500 songs, and is water resitant for up to depths of 40 meters. It also comes with customisable straps.

TomTom Spark GPS fitness watch series launched in India

Amsterdam-based GPS device manufacturer TomTom has launched its Spark range of GPS-enabled fitness watches in India - Spark, Spark Cardio, Spark Music and Spark Music + Cardio. They comes with multi-sport mode, that lets you track various activities like running, swimming, cycling and gym workouts. 

The TomTom Spark range comes with 24 x 7 activty tracking for steps, active minutes, distance, calories burned and can monitor sleep patterns as well. The built-in GPS tracker accurately tracks distance, speed and pace.

The TomTom Spark Music integrates a music player along with the fitness feature and comes with 3GB of storage to store song, which you can listen using wireless headphone. The Spark Cardio has a built-in heart rate monitor, while the Spark Cardio + Music combines functionalities of the Spark Music and Spark Cardio.

The Spark range also includes 'Running Trax', which has 30 minutes of "motivating, high energy, upbeat dance anthems" curated by Ministry of Sound. You can also download iTunes and Windows Media Player music playlist onto the TomTom Spark. They connect with Android and iOS devices via Bluetooth via MySports Connect app, that allows users to track activity, set goals and follow their progress.

TomTom Launch GPS Sports Range Of Watches In India

TomTom launched four new GPS watches watches in India aimed at sports-enthusiasts - TomTom Runner Digital, Runer Cardio, Multi-Sport and Multi-Sport Cardio. For those who don't know, TomTom is a popular company known for its navigation devices.

All the TomTom GPS sport watches are GPS-enabled and water resistant. It is compatible with devices running Android 4.3 and above and iOS 6.0 and above.

The TomTom Runner displays pace, distance covered and calories burned, and offers a battery life of up to 10 hours. It is offered in Black and Pink Watch straps.

TomTom Runner Cardio comes with in-built heart-rate monitor and lets you choose from five heart rate zones that suits you best - sprint, speed, endure, fat burn and Easy. It delivers 8 hours of battery life in GPS and Heart Rate mode.

The TomTom Multi-Sport offers up to 10 hours of usage and comes in Black and Grey variants.

The Multi-Sport Cardio comes with an inbuilt heart rate monitor and offers 8 hours of battery life. It will be available in black and red variants.

The TomTom Runner digital is priced at Rs. 12,999, the Runner Cardio is priced Rs.20,999, the Multi-Sport is priced at Rs.15,499 and the Multi-Sport Cardio costs Rs. 23,499. All the sport watches are now available exclusively on Flipkart.
