Lenovo ideacentre Stick 300 is a full PC in a dongle for $129
Lenovo has introduced the ideacentre Stick 300, a pocket sized device that can transform almost any HDMI compatible TV or monitor into a fully functioning Windows-based PC. The small stick is powerful enough for entertainment and web browsing.
The Lenovo ideacentre Stick 300 is powered by Quad-core Intel Baytrial Z3735F processor, has 2GB RAM and onborad storage is 32GB with a microSD card slot. It runs Windows 8.1 but will be available for a free upgrade to Windows 10.
Connectivity options include WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI, micro USB port for power and USB 2.0 port to connect accessories. All this is inside a stick that is just 15mm thick.
The Lenovo ideacentre Stick 300 prices start at US$ 129 (Rs. 8,000) and will be available via Lenovo website and retail stores this fall. Lenovo will also bundle a Bluetooth mouse and a Keyboard with the ideacentre Stick 300.
