Wickedleak Wammy Hero Windows 8 tablet launched for Rs 8,990
Wickedleak has launched the company's first Windows 8 tablet dubbed Wammy Hero. The tablet comes with SIM card slot for 3G data connectivity and runs Windows 8.1. It comes wuth an optional Aquaprotect Water Resistant Technology worth Rs. 1,500 that allows the tablet to be submerged for up to 30 minutes under water.
Wickedleak Wammy Hero features 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) multi-touch IPS OGS display with 178-degree viewing angle and Zero Air Gap screen panel, featuring a brushed metal-finish at the rear panel. Under the hood there is an 1.33GHz (1.83GHz Burst frequency) Quad-Core Intel Baytrail Z3735G processor with Intel HD Graphics (Gen 7 Baytrail). The tablet comes with 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be further increased up to 32GB via microSD card.
Wammy Hero sports 2-megapixel rear that has 5P lens with Blue Glass filter, Sony IMX135 sensor and f/2.2 aperture. On the front there is a 2-megapixel camera for video calling. Connectivity features include 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and micro-USB. It is fuelled by 4000mAh battery.
