Huawei Honor 4A with Android 5.1 Lollipop, 4G LTE launched
Huawei's latest budget smartphone in the Honor series dubbed Honor 4A have been announced in China. It comes in two variants 3G and 4G.
The Huawei Honor 4A features 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor paired with Adreno 304 GPU and 2GB RAM. On-board storage is 8GB, further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with Emotion UI 3.1 on top and has dual-SIM slots that accept micro SIMs.
Camerawise, it sports 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, Sony/OmniVision sensor and f/2.0 aperture. On the front there is a 2-megapixel shooter with 22mm wide angle lens to shoot selfies and make video calls. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. It is fueled by 2200mAh battery. It comes in Black and White colors.
The Huawei Honor 4A 3G is priced at CNY 599 (US$ 96 | Rs. 6,100) and the 4G variant is priced at CNY 699 (US$110 | Rs. 7,000). It will go on sale in China starting July 28. There is no word when the Honor 4A will be made available in other regions outside China.
